Administrative Office Position - Burney Office
Hat Creek Construction & Materials, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to
fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position at our Burney office. This key role provides
essential clerical and administrative support to all departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring effective communication across departments
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a positive office experience
- Manage and organize incoming mail and deliveries
- Weigh trucks and perform related tasks as needed
- Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for team members
- Maintain and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Provide back-up support for various departments, including Human Resources, Payroll,
and Accounts Payable

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 Years of Administrative Experience (clerical or customer service)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Customer Service-Oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Attention to Detail in all tasks and responsibilities
