Administrative Office Position - Burney Office
Hat Creek Construction & Materials, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to
fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position at our Burney office. This key role provides
essential clerical and administrative support to all departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring effective communication across departments
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a positive office experience
  • Manage and organize incoming mail and deliveries
  • Weigh trucks and perform related tasks as needed
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for team members
  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide back-up support for various departments, including Human Resources, Payroll,
    and Accounts Payable

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 Years of Administrative Experience (clerical or customer service)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Customer Service-Oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Attention to Detail in all tasks and responsibilities
