HCCMI is hiring a dedicated Asphalt Dump Man to assist in dumping asphalt trucks in North
Eastern California on prevailing wage projects located around Susanville and the outlying areas.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Asphalt Dump Man
  • Location: North Eastern California
  • Pay: Competitive wages based on California Prevailing Wage rates
  • Schedule: Full-time, with potential overtime
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k)

Responsibilities:

  • Safely help guide trucks in and out of the work zones and accurately dump asphalt
  • Work with crew members to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or paving preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Valid Driver’s license. Travel will be required
