HCCMI is hiring a dedicated Asphalt Dump Man to assist in dumping asphalt trucks in North
Eastern California on prevailing wage projects located around Susanville and the outlying areas.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Asphalt Dump Man
- Location: North Eastern California
- Pay: Competitive wages based on California Prevailing Wage rates
- Schedule: Full-time, with potential overtime
- Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k)
Responsibilities:
- Safely help guide trucks in and out of the work zones and accurately dump asphalt
- Work with crew members to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or paving preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Valid Driver’s license. Travel will be required
